Camp Invention

Children in kindergarten through 6th  grade will work together to seek solutions to real-world problems and sharpen their learning skills when the 4th annual Camp Invention gets underway at Mount Marty College this June 12th through the 17th .

Mount Marty College chemistry professor Dr. Tamara Pease says campers will use ordinary household items to create projects that address real-world situations.

Along with a stipend and the continuing education credits available Pease says teachers at Camp Invention have the opportunity to pick up new ideas they can use in the traditional classroom setting.

Pease says registrations for the 2017 Camp Invention at Mount Marty College are available on-line at www.campinvention.org.
