Yankton Together We Can spokesman Dan Specht says seeing the sharp increase in COVID 19 cases throughout the region brought a group of community members together to develop an awareness campaign to help combat the coronavirus’ spread.
Specht says while many people are following the CDC’s guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID 19 more can be down.
Specht says with the COVID 19 pandemic taking a toll on people’s mental and emotional health, supporting and caring for each other is crucial.
Specht says the Yankton Together We Can awareness campaign to help prevent the spread of COVID 19 will run through next March.
