David Herbster from the University of South Dakota has been named as the FCS Athletic Director of the Year. Herbster has been with USD since 2007, and has helped raise more than 100 million dollars in the past six years for many new athletic facilities and upgrades on the Vermillion campus. He will be honored at a virtual convention in late July.
