Voters in the Vermillion School District will decide the fate of a proposed brand new multi-million-dollar Elementary school next week.
In mid-June, the Vermillion School Board approved a resolution calling for an October 5th election in which voters living within the school district will be asked to approve or deny a $26 million bond issue for the new elementary school.
Vermillion School Superintendent Damon Alvey says the district has been very transparent on the issue…
Alvey encourages Clay County voters to get all your questions on the project answered now…
In addition to absentee voting, polls will be open Tuesday October 5th from 7AM to 7pm at the Vermillion Armory.
