The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission (PUC) is warning residents about the possibility of very expensive heating bills this winter.
PUC Chairman Chris Nelson says the warning is due to a natural gas shortage….
Nelson adds that the cost of home heating this winter could take a major jump….
