The Yankton School Board has approved a guaranteed maximum price contract of $27,950,478 for the new Trailhead Learning Center.
The approval was made at a special school board meeting Monday night.
During the meeting, the board was provided with a construction budget overview, which had over 30 subcontract bid packages.
The board unanimously approved the guaranteed maximum price contract.
