The annual Dress a Bear program is back as the Yankton Morning Optimist Club has teddy bears in the lobby of Riverfront Broadcasting.
Elle Daisy, with the Yankton Morning Optimist Club, says that those interested in dressing a bear can stop by Riverfront Broadcasting and pick one up, dress it, and return it.
Daisy says that the bears will then be distributed to area children in need.
Daisy says that anyone choosing to dress a bear this holiday season needs to return the bears by Thanksgiving.
