This week is National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week and Pathways Shelter for the Homeless is hosting a food drive throughout the week.
Executive Director, Jesse Bailey, says that they have three drop off locations in Yankton.
Bailey says that community food drives are important because they it can help Pathways use their budget towards other areas of need.
The Pathways food drive will run through next Tuesday.
