March is Women’s Veterans Month and the Veterans of Foreign Wars is honoring veterans that are still serving in other ways with their #Stillserving campaign.
One of those being honored is Yankton veteran Anna Arnold, who is the commander of Yankton VFW Post 791.
Arnold says that the #Stillserving campaign began in 2020.
Arnold described her role with the VFW.
According to the VFW, nearly five million people have engaged with the #Stillserving campaign that’s seen 2,000 veterans share their stories since its inception.
