Plans to remove the rock from Westside Park Pond have been delayed.
Originally, the project was scheduled to be completed earlier this month, but Yankton City Manager Amy Leon says that has been delayed by the recent weather conditions.
Leon says that as of now, there is no firm timeline as to when the project will be completed.
