Yankton Bucks Football has their season opener tomorrow night, hosting the Huron Tigers at Crane-Youngworth Field.

The Bucks finished as the state runner-up in Class 11-AA last season with a 10 and 2 record. Two of those wins coming against Huron.

Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 PM tomorrow night. Pregame coverage on KYNT and KYNTV begins at 6:00 PM. Bryce Ladwig and Josh Boelter will be on the call.

Yankton Bucks and Gazelles Soccer is on the road tonight for a Class AA doubleheader against the Tea Area Titans.

The Bucks are looking to bounce back after a loss to Sioux Falls Jefferson on Tuesday, while the Gazelles are coming off of a 5-0 victory over the Cavaliers.

The Gazelles will play first at 4:00 PM with the Bucks to follow. Pregame coverage on KYNT and KYNTV begins at 3:30. Brayden Butler will be on the call.

Yankton Gazelles Volleyball has their first home match of the season tonight, as they host Dakota Valley.

Yankton is 0 and 1 on the year following their three-set loss to O’Gorman on Tuesday. This will be the season opener for Dakota Valley.

First serve is scheduled for 7:00 PM this evening. Pregame coverage on KYNT Plus and KYNTV begins at 6:30. Bryce Ladwig will be on the call.

Yankton Bucks Golf is in Huron today for a varsity invitational at Broadland Creek Golf Course. Tee time is scheduled for 10:00 AM.

Yankton Gazelles Tennis has a quadrangular tomorrow in Brookings at the Hillcrest Tennis Courts.

Yankton will face Harrisburg at 11:00 AM, Brookings at 1:30 PM, and Aberdeen Central at 4:00 PM.

Yankton Bucks and Gazelles Cross Country have their first meet of the year tomorrow at Pasley Park in Sioux Falls. The Girls run at 4:00 PM and the Boys at 4:25.

Mount Marty Men’s and Women’s Soccer will be on the road tomorrow for a doubleheader with Bethany College in Linsborg, Kansas. First kick of game one is scheduled for 5:00 PM, with game two to follow

The MMU Women’s Golf Invite begins today. Round one of the two-day competition will be held at Fox Run Golf Course, with the final round being held tomorrow at Hillcrest Golf and Country Club. 

Tee time for both days is scheduled for 10:00 AM.

Mount Marty Men’s and Women’s Cross Country have their first meet of the season tomorrow, competing at the USD Open in Vermillion. Races are scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM.

The University of South Dakota Football Program opens up their 2024 campaign tonight, as they host Northern State inside the DakotaDome.

USD finished last season with a 10 and 3 overall record, advancing to the FCS Playoff Quarterfinals.

Kickoff from Vermillion is scheduled for 7:00 PM.

South Dakota State Volleyball will be in Atlanta, Georgia tomorrow for a pair of games in the Georgia State Invitational.

The Jackrabbits will play Florida A&M first at 10:00 AM, before taking on Georgia State at 5:30 PM.

The final game of the invite for SDSU will be on Saturday against Indiana State.
