The City of Yankton hosted a meeting Thursday night to gather more input for its next comprehensive plan, Ideas Flow Here – Yankton 2045.
Amy Haase, who is with RDG Planning and Design out of Omaha, which is the company helping the city design the plan, says they’re about halfway through the planning process.
Haase says that a lot of the feedback they have received from the community has to do with housing.
Haase says that they will have another public meeting for the comprehensive plan in March of 2025.
