A Hartford, South Dakota man has been sentenced after being convicted of First-Degree Rape of a victim under the age of thirteen in Yankton County.
Shawn Michael Wuebben, 23, was indicted by a Yankton County Grand Jury on February 5th, 2024. Wuebben pled guilty on June 26th.
The case was investigated by the Yankton Police Department and the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation.
Wuebben has been sentenced to 75 years in the South Dakota State penitentiary with 25 years suspended.
