Yankton Police Department Commander Monty Rothenberger was named the City of Yankton’s Employee of the Year last Friday night.
Rothenberger, who has been with the Yankton Police Department since 2005, says that he was humbled by the award.
Rothenberger says that he appreciates everyone that he works with in the police department and with the city.
