A Yankton man has been indicted on one count of Second-Degree Murder and one count of Manslaughter in the First Degree in connection with the death of a Yankton man.
South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley says that Theordore Kranig, Jr., 19, is faces charges for an incident that occurred on December 13th, where a man was stabbed to death in the 1000 block of Walnut Street.
Officers arrested Kranig later the same evening when he attempted to enter the apartment where the stabbing occurred.
Kranig is next set to appear in court in Yankton County on January 2nd.
