The United Way of Greater Yankton was able to donate bed frames and mattresses to families in need around Yankton this Holiday Season.
United Way Executive Director Jesse Bailey says that the long-term partnership United Way has with Slumberland in Yankton provided the beds, with an added donation of bedding from the Fairfield Inn & Suites.
Bailey adds that the Knights of Columbus were able to deliver the beds directly to the families in need.
In total, the United Way of Greater Yankton and their partners were able to donate 21 beds to families during the holidays.
