Yankton Bucks and Gazelles Basketball travel west tomorrow afternoon for a Class AA doubleheader against Rapid City Stevens.
Tomorrow’s games will be the first half of a back-to-back for both Yankton programs, as they are scheduled to face Rapid City Central on Saturday.
The Gazelles play first at 7:30 PM central with the Bucks to follow. Pregame coverage on KYNT and KYNTV begins at 7:00. Bryce Ladwig will be on the call.
Mount Marty Indoor Track and Field travels to Mitchell tomorrow for day one of the NAIA Indoor National Championships.
Events are set to be held at the DWU/Avera Sports and Wellness Complex, beginning at 1:00 PM.
Yankton Gazelles Wrestling travels to Huron tonight for the Eastern South Dakota Conference Girls’ Wrestling Tournament.
The tournament will be held at Huron Arena, with matches scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM.
The Class AA Gymnastics State tournament is scheduled to begin tomorrow morning in Watertown.
The Team competition will open the event at 11:00 AM Friday. The individual and all-around portions of the competition will be held on Saturday beginning at 10:30 AM.
Hartington-Newcastle boys’ and girls’ basketball are set to host the Wynot Blue Devils tomorrow night for a doubleheader in Hartington.
The girls’ are scheduled to play first at 6:00 PM tomorrow night. The Wildcats enter the girls’ matchup with a 12-9 overall record following their 34-31 win over Wausa on Tuesday. The Wildcat boys’ are 7-13 coming off their loss to Wausa on Tuesday.

South Dakota Coyotes Men’s Basketball returns home tonight to host Kansas City inside the Sanford Coyote Sports Center.
USD is 15-10 on the year, currently riding a three-game win streak after last Saturday’s 75-74 win over Oral Roberts.

South Dakota Coyotes Women’s Basketball improved to 11-15 last night with a 63-56 win over Kansas City.
Gabby Wilke led the Coyotes with 21 points, followed by Carley Duffney with 18. Grace Larkins tallied a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds.
The Coyotes are back on the road on Saturday, taking on in-state rivals South Dakota State in Brookings.
South Dakota State Men’s Basketball hits the hardwood tonight to host the Omaha Mavericks in Brookings.
SDSU is currently 16-9 this season coming off a 102-86 win over St. Thomas last Thursday. The Jackrabbits fell to the Mavericks when the two teams met in Omaha on January 11th, 87-80.

South Dakota State Women’s Basketball is four wins away from a perfect conference season following last night’s 68-53 win over North Dakota State.
Paige Meyer led the Jacks with 15 points and 9 assists. Haleigh Timmer added 13 points while Brooklyn Meyer finished with 11 points and a pair of blocks.
The Jackrabbits return home on saturday to host in-state rivals South Dakota in Brookings.
