Mount Marty Baseball returns to action this afternoon for a GPAC doubleheader against the Dordt Defenders.
Today’s games were initially scheduled for this weekend but were moved up due to forecasted weather.
First pitch of game one is scheduled for 3:00 PM at Riverside Field with game two to follow. Pregame coverage on KYNT and KYNTV begins at 2:30. Tehl Tanner will be on the call.
Yankton Bucks Baseball returns to the diamond tomorrow for a pair of games against Lennox and Centerville-Viborg-Hurley.
Tomorrow was originally scheduled as a single game against Lennox, but a 2nd game was added after the cancelation of Sunday’s scheduled game against Vermillion.
First pitch of game one is set for 5:30 PM tomorrow night with game two to follow. Pregame coverage on KYNT and KYNTV begins at 4:45. Bryce Ladwig and Brayden Butler will be on the call.
Mount Marty Softball has had their weekend doubleheader with Dordt moved up a day due to forecasted weather.
The Lancers and Defenders will now meet tomorrow at Sertoma Park in Yankton. First pitch of game one is set for 10:30 AM with game two to follow.
Mount Marty Track and Field will no longer compete at the Wildcat Open hosted by Wayne State this weekend due to forecasted weather adjusting the schedule.
The Lancers will now open their outdoor season on April 4th at the CUNE Bulldog Invitational & Multi’s, hosted by Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska.
Mount Marty Men’s and Women’s Tennis split their GPAC matchups against Hastings last night in Hastings, Nebraska.
The Lancer men swept the Broncos 7-0, with Hastings sweeping Mount Marty in the women’s matchup 7-0.
The Lancer men are off until April 4th, while the women are scheduled to take on the College of Saint Mary on Sunday in Yankton.
Yankton Track and Field returns to action tomorrow morning for a varsity invitational hosted by Mount Marty University.
Tomorrow’s meet is the second of the season for the Bucks and Gazelles. Events are scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM.
Yankton Bucks Tennis opens their season tomorrow with a trilogy of matches in Rapid City.
Yankton will face Rapid City Stevens at 11:00 AM, Rapid City Central at 2:00 PM, and St. Thomas More at 4:30. All times listed are in mountain time.
