Yankton Bucks Baseball extended their win streak to five straight last night with a doubleheader sweep of Spearfish.
Yankton combined for 14 hits in game one, winning 16-1. Easton Feser finished 3 for 5 with three RBIs, while Evan Serck had two hits and a home run. The Bucks won game two 5-2. Beck Ryken had two hits and three RBIs in the win.
The Bucks return to action on Thursday, hosting Sturgis at Riverside Field. First pitch is scheduled for 5:00 PM. Pregame coverage on KYNT and KYNTV begins at 4:15. Bryce Ladwig and Brayden Butler will be on the call.
Mount Marty Baseball picked up their 5th win in their last 6 games last night, defeating the University of Sioux Falls 11-3.
Daniel Vonnegut went 3 for 4 with four RBIs in the win. Aidan Chang continued his hot stretch at the plate, finishing 3 for 4 as well.
The Lancers travel to Sioux City on Thursday for a doubleheader against Morningside. First pitch is set for 1:00 PM.
Yankton Gazelles Softball travels to Brandon this afternoon for a matchup with the Brandon Valley Lynx.
