The City of Yankton planted two trees Friday in honor of Arbor Day.
Yankton Parks and Rec Director, Todd Larson, says the tree they picked this year in the Linden tree.
Linden trees typically grow somewhere between 40-50 feet tall.
The two Linden trees can be found in Crockett Park.
