The Yankton Bucks used a 22-point first quarter Saturday night and beat top-seed Sioux Falls Washington 62-55 to claim third-place in Class AA basketball. Matthew Mors led the Bucks with 19 points. 6 rebounds and 5 assists, Trevor Fitzgerald added 16 points and Rugby Ryken scored 13 points. Mors and Ryken each made the Class AA All-Tournament team. The Bucks finished at 20-4, the first time they hit the 20-victory level in 45 years.
