The Yankton Riverboat Days and Summer Arts Festival will return to Riverside Park and the Yankton community this summer.
Riverboat Days co-chair John Kraft says there are challenges in setting up the vendors and entertainment, but there is huge interest in having the return of the three-day event.
Kraft says tonight at Riverside Park before the Optimist baseball game, there will be important announcements about Riverboat Days activities.
The 37th celebration of Yankton Riverboat Days will be August 20 – 22 this year and the theme for this year’s event is “Hometown Heroes”.
