The Yankton Post 12 Legion baseball team split two games this weekend at the Dakota Classic in Sioux Falls. Eden Prairie Minnesota topped Yankton 5-1 on Saturday. Joe Gokie allowed just two runs in six innings on the mound in the loss. Yankton defeated Dickinson North Dakota 9-4 on Sunday as Landon Loecker pitched the complete game victory and added three hits. Post 12 is now 9-14 overall this season and will play a doubleheader at Brookings on Tuesday.
