South Dakotans for Better Marijuana Laws is petitioning to put cannabis legalization back on the 2022 ballot in case the amendment is repealed by the South Dakota Supreme Court.
The organization received approval last week for the signature campaign, however the deadline to submit ballot signatures is November 8th.
