This year’s Yankton City Commission election is nearing as candidates can start circulating petitions later this month.
Three city commissioners — Amy Miner, Jerry Webber and Mason Schramm — are faced with the decision of whether to defend their seats in the April 12th municipal election.
Schramm says he is ready to run for reelection and has accomplished a lot in his first three years…
He adds that the biggest challenge for him, if reelected, will be tackling the housing and workforce shortages in Yankton…
Miner says that she also plans to run for another term. Webber says she remains on the fence about running for a second term.
