The Yankton County Sheriff’s Office has announced the promotion of Mindy Anderson and Quinn Koenen to Corporal.
Sheriff Preston Crissey says that they have four squads within the jail and Corporals are the leaders of each squad.
Crissey has promoted five members of the Sheriff’s office since he was sworn in, and he says that he wants to build a culture that acknowledges hard work.
The Sheriff’s office held a pinning ceremony for Anderson and Koenen Wednesday.
