The University of South Dakota has announced the hiring of Timothy O’Keefe as the school’s dean of the Beacom School of Business.
O’Keefe, who previously served as the dean of College of Business and Economics at Longwood University in Farmville Virginia, says that that USD having a CSB accreditation played a huge role in accepting the position.
O’Keefe also served in several administrative positions at the University of North Dakota for nearly 20 years, and says that his midwestern roots will be an asset in his new position.
O’Keefe will begin in his new role as of June 22nd.
