As construction continues on Westside Park one of the biggest projects is the duck pond.
Yankton Parks and Rec Director Todd Larson says that while working they discovered that water was seeping through and required more clay work to be done.
Larson says that once they have more clay material in and packed down they will bring in a contractor to look at the well.
Larson says that once they are done with construction they will add fish and plants.
