The 40th annual Riverboat Days kicks off tonight and one of the featured events of the weekend will be the Riverboat Days Parade.
Wayne Williamson, who has been a parade committee member for over 20 years, says that there are 130 entries in this year’s parade.
Williamson says that this year’s “Back to the 80s” theme could bring some exciting new entries to the parade.
Williamson also went over this year’s parade route.
The Riverboat Days Parade will begin at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow.
