Two arrests have been made in an arson fire that occurred in Yankton last week.
Yankton Police Chief Jason Foote says that Treyvon Jackson, 18, and a juvenile male, whose name was not released, have been arrested for their involvement in a fire that occurred on the 200 Block of West 5th Street last Wednesday.
Foote says that an on scene investigation determined that the fire could not have been caused by extreme heat or environmental circumstances.
Both Jackson and the juvenile male have been charged with First-Degree Arson and Reckless Burning.
