The Yankton County Commission has approved a five-year road improvement plan.
However, during Tuesday’s county commission meeting, Yankton County Commissioner, Dan Klimisch, requested that two roads, 434 Kaiser Road and 310th Street be added to the county’s five-year plan.
Klimisch’s motion to have the two roads added to the county’s five-year plan was denied by the other commissioners because they felt that they didn’t want to add it to the plan and not be able to get to them in the five-year window.
The original five-year plan passed as originally constructed.
