A Yankton man charged with First-Degree Manslaughter is scheduled to appear in court Thursday morning.
Cody James Auch, 20, was arrested following an investigation by the Yankton Police Department into an incident where a male arrived at the Sacred Heart Emergency Room with a gunshot wound in the morning hours of September 24th. The victim later succumbed to his injuries.
In addition to the manslaughter charge, Auch has been charged with Reckless Discharge of a Firearm and Possession of a Loaded Firearm While Intoxicated.
Auch will appear in court at 8:30 tomorrow morning at the Yankton County Courthouse.
