The Yankton School Board hosted a public meeting last night to discuss the Forward 2029 plan for the school district.
School Board President, Terry Crandall, says that Forward 2029 is part of the district’s strategic planning for the future.
Crandall says that during the meeting they discussed the results of a survey that was sent out to the community.
Crandall says that he feels that the meeting was beneficial to help the school board get a gauge on how the public feels about the direction of the school district.
Crandall says that the school district will have a presentation at the May school board meeting on Forward 2029 before taking action at the June meeting.
