A trial date has been set for a man charged in a fatal shooting that occurred near Hartington last March.
David Phillips Jr., 21, of Louisiana who accused of fatally shooting Israel Matos-Colon, 31, of Michigan appeared in court Monday morning for a pre-trial conference.
Phillips’s jury trial is set to begin April 15th in District Court in Hartington.
Phillips is next set to appear in court on March 28th at 10:30 a.m. for his final pre-trial conference.
