Mount Marty Men’s Basketball fell to Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska last night, 92 to 63.

44 of the Lancers’ 63 points came in the 2nd half of play, with Caden Casey leading MMU in scoring with 9 points on the night.

The Lancer men are now 5 and 12 on the year, and they will travel to Sioux City, Iowa for a meeting with Briar Cliff on Saturday.

Mount Marty Women’s Basketball was defeated by Concordia last night, as the top-10 ranked Bulldogs took a 75 to 53 win.

Concordia opened up their lead with a 17-0 run in the second quarter en route to the 22-point win. The Lancers were led in scoring by Maria Parsley with 12. Sidney Thue ended the night with 9 points and 10 rebounds.

The Lancer women are now 5 and 13 on the year, and they will travel to Sioux City, Iowa for a matchup with Briar Cliff on Saturday.

Yankton Buck Basketball will be on the road tomorrow night, taking on the Brandon Valley Lynx in Brandon.

The Bucks are 1 and 8 on the year following a loss to Sioux Falls Roosevelt last Friday night. Brandon Valley enters the contest at 5 and 3, winning three straight games, and five of their last six.

Tipoff from Brandon is set for 7:00 PM tomorrow with pregame coverage on KYNT and KYNTV beginning at 6:30. Brayden Butler will be on the call.

Yankton Gazelles Basketball will play their third straight home game tomorrow night, as they host the Brandon Valley Lynx.

The Gazelles are coming off of a loss to top-ranked O’Gorman on Monday, and currently hold a 3 and 7 record. Brandon Valley is 6 and 3 on the year, ranked 7th in Class AA.

Tipoff from Yankton is scheduled for 7:00 PM tomorrow, with pregame coverage on KYNT Plus and KYNTV beginning at 6:30. Bryce Ladwig will be on the call.

Yankton Gymnastics will be in Hendricks, Minnesota this evening for a triangular against Estelline-Hendricks and Sisseton. Events are scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM at The Barn in Hendricks.

South Dakota Men’s Basketball will be on the road tonight for a Summit League matchup with the Denver Pioneers. Tipoff from Denver, Colorado is scheduled for 8:00 PM.

South Dakota Women’s Basketball is at home this evening, as they host the Denver Pioneers inside the Sanford Coyote Sports Center in Vermillion. Tipoff is slated for 7:00 PM.

South Dakota State Men’s Basketball returns home to Frost Arena tonight, as they host the Kansas City Roos. Tipoff is set for 6:00 PM.

South Dakota State Women’s Basketball will be in Kansas City today for their game against the Roos. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
