Yankton fell to Mitchell 51 to 41 when the two teams met earlier this season. The winner of Friday’s affair will advance to the Class AA State Tournament.

The Crofton Warriors advanced to the 2nd round of the Class C2 Girls Basketball State Tournament last night with a 38 to 32 over Clarkson-Leigh in Overtime.
Sisters Sammie and Cassie Allen combined for 18 points and 9 steals to lead the Warriors to the win.

The Wynot Blue Devils defeated Plainview last night 46 to 31 to advance to the Class D2 Girls Basketball State Semifinals.
Wynot sophomore Kenna Oligmueller stepped up to lead the team in scoring with 19 points in the win.
