A man was arrested after a pursuit in Yankton Sunday afternoon.
According to Yankton Police Chief, Jason Foote, officers were dispatched to the 2900 Block of Douglas for a report of a fight.
Upon arrival to the scene, officers are reporting that the suspect in the fight fled in a Red Mustang southbound on Douglas and a short pursuit started.
Foote says that officers lost sight of the Mustang and terminated the pursuit.
Foote says that law enforcement with the National Parks Service were in the area and observed the suspect vehicle pull into a garage and witnessed a Juvenile male exit the vehicle.
The male was detained and arrested for Simple Assault, Reckless Driving, and Aggravated Eluding.
