Nelson Wins District 18 Senate Republican Primary Race

          Lauren Nelson will be the Republican candidate in District 18 for State Senate after a tight race.

          Nelson received 52% of the vote.

         

          Incumbent Jean Hunhoff received 48% of the vote.

          There was a total of 2,323 votes cast in the race for State Senate.

          The general election will be held on November 5^th.
