Roy’zzz Premium Cannabis has officially opened in Yankton.
Owner Roy Neilsen says that opening Roy’zzz is the culmination of a long process to get to this point.
General Manager of Dispensaries JD Gordon says that in order to make a purchase from Roy’zzz, customers must have a medical marijuana card.
