Yankton School District Superintendent, Dr. Wayne Kindle, says that they don’t have a cell phone ban, but they do have a policy in place.
Kindle says that the school district is in communication with staff on cell phone use in schools.
Kindle says that he believes that the Yankton School District has an effective cell phone policy.
