United Way of Greater Yankton hosted their community campaign kickoff and appreciation event Thursday night.
During the event, United Way announced that they’re trying to raise $700,000 for their community campaign in 2025, which Executive Director, Jesse Bailey, says is a $40,000 increase from last year.
Bailey says that the campaign helps with their community impact fund.
Bailey says that United Way handed out several awards Thursday night.
