They brought cake! Heroes, from RB Grillhouse and Sports Bar brought Yankton County EMS in this morning. Ambulance Administrator Eric Van Dusen and Deputy Administrator Troy Cowman visited with Jeff about billing, the fleet, a new hiring approach and a few other things.
