Seven Yankton individuals have been indicted for felony-level offenses related to the distribution of methamphetamine.
The indictments are the result of multiple investigations conducted by the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), in partnership with the Yankton Police Department, Yankton Sheriff’s Office, and South Dakota Highway Patrol.
Three of the indictments are connected, involving individuals accused of working together to distribute methamphetamine from the same location in Yankton County. The remaining four indictments involve separate, unrelated cases.
The seven indicted, all of which from Yankton, are:
- Raymond Gordon Anderson, 46
- Kaleb Matthew Cournoyer, 27
- Jeremy Richard Portaro, 38
- Josephine Fay Portaro, 34
- Johnnie Jay Jackson, 41
- Abby Rochelle Frazier, 26
- April Ann Villagomez, 45
