SD Reports Highest Motor Vehicle Fatalities Since 2007

The South Dakota Department of Public Safety reports that 141 people died in traffic crashes in 2020, and that’s 38 percent higher than a year earlier.  In 2019, there were 102 people killed in motor vehicle crashes in South Dakota, which was the lowest in state history since records have been kept since 1947.  read more »
